Anyone know of a File Splitter program that works for Win3.1 and DOS ?

Hi,

Usually I use ARJ archiver for that purpose. It can not only compress files but to split archive into pieces of needed size.

If you still need a file splitter I have one that I wrote while back. It takes a file and writes it to as many disks as needed.
