Shutdown utility to run in dos?

Hi, I try to run a ultility call shutdown.exe
by placing it in Autoexec.bat.
" @echo
win
shutdown.exe -u -t 30 "
This mean to shutdown in 30 second.
But, my shutdown.exe is win32 utility.
Any one, know how can I able to run.
Or any other utility to shutdown, or reboot the system from dos.
