Save files to Jump drive via DOS

Specs: DOS 6, 386 to 2Mh / 256M

I need to replace all of my floppy drives with jump drives on seven DOS systems (386 to 2Mh). I assume this will mean somehow installing a USB connection. Don't need anything fancy; just want to save files to the jump drive.

Firstly the PC BIOS must support USB
