running AT command

Comment: i have a problem in executing the exe program using the AT command for nt scheduler. The service was already running then i execute the command
at 10:40 d:\test\scheduler.exe
but the exe will still not run. i can view the task and it has no error. is there anything i missed in order to schedule the running of the exe?

Reply: i'm also having same problem in scheduling the exe.i'm executing in local machine.
if i execute the command
at 4:40 b.exe its not triggering the exe and there is no error in task its very urgent ,pls suggest and send mail to my id
