Comment:

I have an AT compatable Pentium card running an AT compatable UART connected to a PCB with only three wire RS-232 communication. The UART works sometimes and sometimes not. I suspect I need to tie the handshake lines on the PC AT side what is the required pin jumpering for a 9 pin DB?
