I have Reachout-7 remote control software installed on a DOS computer (forget upgrading this). I have used the same software with Win95 on a laptop. Now the laptop has Win98 and this software does not work on it. Stac, Inc is no longer in business. I'm looking for solutions or options to this problem. NEED TO ACCESS DOS SYSTEM REMOTELY! Thanks

Windows95a used a version of DOS very similar to the ancient DOS 6.22 and earlier versions of DOS. Windows 98's version of DOS was much improved and significantly different. Most likely, your Reachout7 will not run using newer versions of Windows with it's improved DOS. You might try a boot manager and have both Windows95 and Win98 on your laptop and boot using the older version when you need to use Reachout.
