Reformatting Hard Drive

I would like to reformat my hard drive. Hoping this will solve many of our problems with this computer.

Back up any important files first. Make a boot disk and add format.com(exe), sys.com, fdisk.exe and scandisk.exe if you have it. Boot up with your boot disk (enter your bios and set boot order to A: C:) and at the dos prompt type format c: /s if you get a not enough memory to copy sys files error message just type format c: at the dos prompt followed by sys c: before you begin to add programs run scan disk and check the drive for errors.
