I bought Kidproof and installed in on computer. It asked me for a user name and password. It says to be very careful cause its case sensitive, so I made sure to type it exactly. Well now it lets me put in username and pass, but it still locked me out of everything. I get nothing but a blank screen and an arrow, when I hit cntrl alt dlt, it only brings up explorer in the box, when I hit end task there is nothing! I have no idea how to access my system now. Is there a way do delete it thru dos? I've tried contacting the company, but to no avail...they have no phone number and have yet to reply to my email? I need help, please........this is my business computer, I cannot afford to loose all my info...... thank you!

I have no idea how it works. If it has stuff in the registry, it's probably harder to undo. Otherwise, you might try to rename or move the Kidproof folder (using a startup disk). Do not delete the folder; if you really need it, you have to make sure it will be available!
I found this number on their website:
To Order Call: 1-800-427-9422

Reinstall everything if you have all your hardware drivers(video,sound,etc.).Use a boot disk with CD-ROM to do fdisk at A dos prompt (you need at least one C primary drive set active)and format C: then setup from the CD-ROM. If you don't have a boot disk, download the Windows 98 SE from bootdisk.com: it is a good one for this work.Good luck.

once you boot to safe mode (by pressing f5 when the computer starts) if you CAN't uninstall it (to uninstall go to my computer, control panel, add/remove software, then select the program and click change/uninstall) go to start, programs, accessories, system tools, system information then click tools and goto system configuration utility. search in each section for the program and un check the checkbox next to it. if you're not sure which it is cycle through till you find the right one. after unchecking, reboot and all should run normaly. it will most likely be in the startup tab.
