There was a message posted a while ago (http://miataru.computing.net/dos/wwwboard/forum/15763.html) that I just came across.
I've been having this same problem for about 7 years. I just keep saving under a new name. I have too many files to convert and besides, I haven't found a 100% (or even 90%) accurate conversion program, so I stick with PW.
I was hoping that somebody had come up with a solution?
