Your post is too generic, please specify better the problem you are facing, otherwise nobody can give you help.

The last version of Turbo C++ was released prior to Windows 9x, it was never meant to be run on anything but **-DOS.

Windows XP has no Standalone MS-DOS subsystem it only has a "DOS Virtual Machine", hence why it will not play nicely.

There is a Win32 Version: http://www.turboexplorer.com/cpp but anything XP is outside the spirit of the DOS Forum

It might help to say what version of c++.

But most should run in winders or DOS.

Oddly, turbo loads command.com when in NT5.
