print word doc from dos prompt

How can I print a word document form a dos prompt.I heard something about DDE maybe.

I am not sure what you mean by 'word'. If they file or document can be read on screen, say by using the dos TYPE command, or the utility SHOW, then it should be able to print out. either COPY file.ext PRN or redirect output from screen by >PRN Good luck - keep us posted.
