I am having Win 95. When i am printing some files from Dos Mode it is printing quickly when the same file is printed from Windows mode it is printing slowly. Shall you tell me the Font that is using when we printing in Dos mode. Somebody is telling that it is courier new font. But i tried to print the contents using Courier new font in Windows Mode. But it is not looking the same as the contents which was Printed in DOS mode.

Please Help!

dos is using a built-in font in the printer, windows is using probably a true type software font. Sometimes you can tell the printer fonts because they have a little printer symbol instead of the TT symbol.

try using "terminal" font.
