I've been looking for some time to see if PFS First Choice has been updated for Windows. If anyone has any idea please send E-mail.

PFS: First Choice was bought out by Spinnaker software, which became part of SoftKey (now known as The Learning Company). The windows equivalent was known as PFS:WindowWorks. None of these appear to be available, and probably haven't been available for a while now.
I used to have a lot of FC files, as well as PFS: First Publisher, but they've been long since lost.

I have PFS First Choice 3.5 and the windows version (somewhere). I want to convert my old *.fol to ACCESS. The DBIII and DBIV converter does not work. I see a Software Converter called FIRST OUT but $129.00 is too rich for me. Any other suggestions?

Does anyone know how to get PFS First Choice to run on Windows XP?
Since I noticed a message from someone having trouble printing from First Choice in XP, then there must be a way of running it.
I have a large database on First Choice. When I switched to a new computer with windows XP, First Choice will not work. If I d-click on FIRST1.exe I get a DOS screen titled "[inactive FIRST1]". I have tried to run it various ways, but get the DOS screen and either a flashing square or a cursor, but no input from the keyboard. There is no sign of the FC start menu. Thanks to anyone who can help.
Summary: PFS First Choice is very probably what you mean... yes, word processor, spreadsheet, database, but it could also graph stuff. My dad, along with dBase II, uses it to store all the customer records on ...
