Anyone know where i can locate a PCI bus driver for my compaq machine. Im using an Intel Pro/100+ PCI Adapter and cant find it on either of those sites.

You don't need a driver for your PCI bus. If you want to use the NIC in DOS, all you need is the packet driver. It can be found on the installation disks that came with the NIC.

I might note, that if by "Universal", you mean USB -- you are out of luck. There is one commercial driver and it doen't work worth a damn.

The only Bus Mastering Software I know of is here:
