I have an IBM Thinkpad A21m, I would like to know if there is anyway to use a SanDIsk CompactFlash PC Card Adapter with a Flash card as a DOS storage device. Access it like a drive letter etc.. I know in Windows this is done automaticly.

If you have a sandisk image mate reader on parallel port, you can use DOS drivers provided by DataFab for their similar product.
