My pentium 2 pc wouldn't start at all. when I plug in the power, the pc comes to life but no booting. I do hear the spin of the hard disk and the cd rom but the floppy doesn't show any sign of life. Also, the on light is orange instead of green.

What have you tried doing so far? Is anything showing up on the monitor? If not, try swapping out the video card or moving it to a different slot. Well, if it's not an onboard one that is. Also, check the connections of the cables (ide etc)
