If you take out your battery and reset your CMOS it will eraser your old password.

If you take out your battery and reset your CMOS it will eraser your old password. Downside is it erases your CMOS, but that is easy to reset, just copy those settings before you take out the battery.

You can disable or reset password by changing the jumper on your motherboard. It is normally located near the CMOS battery or you do like Stone suggests and discharge the CMOS battery but you'll lose your setting that way.
