There never was a 2.0 version of Q-DOS. The release (and only version) was REV: 0.10. The date in the header is August 10 1980. There never was a floppy bootable image. Subsequently, Q-DOS was worked on by university programers and there are two available ROMs: 1.10 and 1G13 There are a few other ROMs floating around in university labs. There are many versions and variations of CP/M which are often refered to as QDOS as they function almost identically. You can get CP/M images and info here:

Please keep in mind that the above Q-DOS ROMs are student hacks so the students could use Q-DOS of 8080\8086 computers. NO Q-DOS release from Seattle Computer Products was intended to be used on an Intel CPU. The OS was designed to work on ARM and MIPS processors only. Porting Q-DOS to 8080 and 8086 was the first task Microsoft had to do to create their own version. So, the ROMs are student attempts to do something similar.
