Not enough ems memory (A4 Networks)

That's right, I've try load A4 Networks (it's four part of a-train game)and I got that message MEMORY 01 - NOT ENOUGH EMS MEMORY. I have Win XP SP2. Is there any possibility to increase that memory in Win XP??
