Not all RAM is recognized

OS: Dual boot MS-DOS 6.22 and
CPU/Ram: 2.7GHz with 64M RAM
Product: HP Pavilion No Model No.

In DOS, only 4m of my 64m RAM is reconized. Is there a way to fix this?
