Easiest way is to get an external USB CD/DVD drive and change BIOS settings to have the machine boot to it to install Windows (it can also be installed from USB flash---see link below). Then change back to normal boot sequence (to HDD or CF) and use the drive to install Norton. But remember, netbooks are low-spec machines, so it would pay to check out nLite for Windows and use lighter-weight apps (including Anti-Virus software) to keep from bogging down. A good start would be with PortableApps.com
