I am trying to use the NET LOGON command in a DOS window on Win 98 and the system return the message that you cannot use the command in a MS-DOS window at the command prompt. I want to use the command to access a drive on a remote server that I logged on to using Citrix Server.

If you are logged into a citrix server, then you are already logged on. This may be obvious, but by you trying to do the net logon, you are trying to login again, which isn't allowed.
If you are trying to access a drive, try using UNCs or mapping a drive letter (net use)
