http://www.powerload.fsnet.co.uk/

Click on the "MS-DOS Resource Page ~ Plus MS-DOS Download"

Scroll down to the file named: emm622.exe

Go to your windows 95 or 98 CD-Rom and in olddosutils, or something like that is the emm385.exe.
