need barland c++ disk #10 and #12

No problem. I assume that you use Win 9x as your primary OS. Here is the whole damn thing for free: C++ Builder Compiler. If you don't have an IDE just e-mail me and I'll send you one.

It is the user interface, something like VI or EMACS that you use to edit and compile the program you have developed. The C++ compiler from Borland doesn't come with an IDE, but there are several GNU IDE available for free download. By the way, scorpioncoweater@hotmail.com\tumbong@hotmail.com is pretty thin. Still, getting out free development software to the folks is too important to not respond at all.

the system i am running it on is a dos/win 3.1 configuration and i want version 3.1 of the borland c++ copmiler because it is the only one that compiles wolfenstein 3d correctly i bought the comiler at a used computer store so there is no return and disk 10 and 12 were corrupt so if you have a copy of that i would like to obatin the files on those disks

Summary: This depends what are you formating Floppy disks or HD? If Floppy then I would recommend formating with a Dos machine that has Dos ver. 6.22. Here is why I bought 500 floppy disks from a guy in Oregon...
