Reply: (edit)I know you can insert graphics images in Word Perfect, but whether it can convert modern JPG, GIF, etc. to WPG is a question. Same comments probably apply to MS Word for DOS. Are you outputting screen only and/or hardcopy?

Reply: (edit)Before we go any further are we talking MS-DOS 5.0 here or 'Version 5.x {build xxxx ....]' as shown in XP about windows ??? This has happened before... If you really mean DOS 5.0 then you should not have posted XP as your OS! HOWEVER - Word Processors and Image management did not really become useful till the advent of Windows GUI's Word Perfect for DOS is limited to WPG Image format. For a detailed article on converting other formats for it read: http://www.columbia.edu/~em36/wpdos/ PowerLoad Home Page Please reply with a message to let us all know we are on the right track with you
