MS C v7.0 or VC++ 1.5

I am trying to compile a DOS program that will link to an IBM MQSeries library. The IBM docs tell me I need either Microsoft C v7.0 or Visual C++ Professional v1.5 to produce DOS 16 bit programs using their library. I have searched eBay and even called Microsoft. Both compilers are discontinued products. So is MSDOS, but plenty of us are still using it. Any suggestions?
Summary: Hi I'm looking for an old MS-C Compiler for DOS (Version 1 - 3 ??), because I'm looking for compile old code (not Borland C). Somoen has an idea how to get it or download it. Cheers Gabi ...
