Moving multiple files from multiple

I have about 100 directories which contain 1 file each. (Unique names, same extension) How do I copy/move each one of the files to a common folder?

If you have the priveledges, your best bet is inside of Start/Find/Files or Folders. Type your desired .ext with a * prior to it as a search boolean. From there, highlight the files, copy/cut, and paste to your desired folder.
