Mouse emulation in DOS?

I would like to emulate a mouse using my keyboard. I tryed a program called AccessDOS for MS-DOS 6.22 that will do this but it only works for machines with a PS.2 port and I do not have one. Are there any programs or drivers for people with serial ports?

Which program do you recommend? Many of those map the mouse to the keys (so you can emulate keystrokes using the mouse) but only one of them maps the keys to the mouse and it only works in text mode.
