I don't know about anyone else, but I think logitech mouse drivers for dos work with just about any mouse. It took me a little while to find a high version of their software, but I can tell you I'm very satisfied. I don't even have one of their mice, but the driver works great.
Here is the address I got my drivers at... This is the place for anyone who knows how hard it is to find the full version of their software.

There you go... Hints-- If when starting windows you get an "echo" effect with the startup sound or the computer appears to "freeze" for a second, do this...
goto (start, run), type (regedit) in the box, when the program starts goto edit and then find... type (PortSearchOrder) in the box -no spaces-, it might take awhile, on the right of the window it'll highlight the right item, right click on the item and click modify, then delet all the coms that your mouse is NOT on, exit and restart, that should fix the problem. Also, if, when you start dos and the mouse driver pops up but does not find the mouse -Mouse not responding- or something about the same, then go to the directory where you installed the -mouseware- program and find the file (mousedrv.ini), open it and goto the (technical) section, in the tech section find the (timing=software) and change it to (timing=hardware). exit and save changes, that should fix the -mouse not found- problem.
Hope all this helps you out a little, sorry about the length... Tek.
