I know MS messenger does not support dos but is there and instant messenger thst does. or preferably one that will communicate with messenger so my friens dont have to have 2 different IM loaded.

Not possible. Anyways, DOS or Windows - IM is a big waste of computer resources and a HUGE security problem. If you want to talk with your friends without using any special software, open a private chatroom at Yahoo. You can use the voice chat feature to notify you when a new message is posted. Ya know: "h3y d00dz!" Oh God, I think I just AOLed all over myself.

IMing not possible for DOS? Shame on you Doof! I thought you knew better than to underestimate the shear power of the DOS operating system.
