HELP !!!! Please. I have reformatted my HDD to reinstall Win 95. Even after using fdisk & format command dos keeps on coming up with "invalid media type" . I removed the HDD from this computer and installed in another pc and reformatted under win 95. It still comes up with the same message.

Hi,
I think this kind of error can arise if you formated your drive in FAT32 and then use boot disk with FAT16 (e.g. DOS 6.22). If your drive is accessible in that another computer where you have it formated, check what file system is on your drive after all.
Good luck, Igor M
