We are trying to install the sound blaster but keep getting the message that "Intel configuration manager cannot be found" Can someone please e-mail this file to us as soon as possible.

the configuration manager can be found on the soundblaster install disk labelled ctcm if you don't have it call creative there in the phone book and ask them to post it to you
