Is it possible to include a file name as a field in a file? I have many
'daily' files--e.g., 010199.txt, 010299.txt, etc. containing patient records
that I am planning to copy to one huge file to import into Access (using a DOS
copy). Viewing the data from Access, my client wants to be able to see the
.txt file where the patient information originated. Is there a way to
accomplish this?

Thanks,
Barb Ryan
