To duplicate 'Bootable' Floopydisks (MS-DOS Disk 1 is bootable)and to maintain the correct Disk Labels. Your best bet with Windows 98se would be WINIMAGE from:

http://www.winimage.com

Not really a DOS solution, but an answer to a problem many do not seem to realise exists!

To do the same job under MS-DOS try Disk Copy Fast from my PowerLoad Bootdisk Project Page..
