If you have MSVC, you can order the complete MASM package for only $20 total cost direct from Microsoft.
Call 1-800-360-7561 MASM v6.1 Part Number: 016-051V611
You will need your MSVC CD Jewel Case handy, as they will refer to a secret number upon it.

the assembler filename is actually ml.exe, if you go to altavista and search for masm32 the very first hit will take you to Hutch's website where you can find all you need (and it is free.)
