I have this problem posted on Win 3.1 forum ,I had all kinds of help from Tech Fred and Old Jake but I guess I'll have to get some kind of driver that works only with dos,for a adapter box with a IDE connection for a cd rom ,that has to be connected through parallel port as I have no usb support I've downloaded from Iomega a few drivers and the dos driver did install but it's for a jaz drive I'm using Iomega Cd Zip Drive I've taken out a Pentium I used to own and connected it to this adapter box and as I mentioned I've always used it for read only cause it would never write when it was installed in the Pentium as it runs at only 32x's It should work as a normal cd rom....Thanks ...Nero
