I'm pretty sure I have it. I'll have to go through my rather large collection to make sure it's actually version 1.3.
I really wonder if it will run on current operating systems. If you still haven't found it, send me an email...I'll locate it for you and send you a copy.

i have AUTODESK ANIMATOR PRO 1.3A in a zipfile, if anyone wants it just email me, its 5mb zipped, roughly 10 unzipped, awesome program even looks good with win 98-2000
