HP Omnibook External CD-ROM Driver

Hello!
I am looking for a driver for a SCSI external CD-Rom drive for my HP Omnibook. MSCDEX doesn't have properties for this that i'm aware of, and i've reached an impass with most resources I've come across. I attempted to download a boot disk from bootdisk.com, but none have CD-specifications for this type of drive, can anyone help?

it has nothing to do with mscdex.exe -> you need to go to the manufacturer's homepage and get a driver. - W0rm

I have external CD-ROM driver made by MULTI-SYSTEM TECHNOLOGY INC MODEL: CD/P-525SP
I don't have CD-ROM Driver. I don't have the URL for that company...
Any help?
