I want to know how run a tcp/ip in dos to play games. Like if I want to play Quake Multiplayer on tcp/ip, what should I launch before ? What should I need to do that ?

What version of dos are You running and Are You loading Your network Card/ Dial up with the tcp/ip protocol enabled or are you useing a standalone and dialing into something with a terminal Program of some sort????????

I was just looking into it as well
I want to create a simple router..
a slow machine would then be more than enough
to share the entire network to the internet.
