i was wondering if any1 can tell me how to send a message with net send

Just click start and support, search and type in Net Send. Down at the bottom select full text search matches and select net send in the window above. All the info is right there

Basically, using the command prompt it's like this:

NET SEND username "message"

Example:

NET SEND john "Hello, John!"

Use an asterisk on the username to send the message to all users from your workgroup:

NET SEND * "Hello, everybody!"

For more information, type "NET HELP SEND".
