I want to use 8019 plug and play ISA network card in DOS 6.22. Any one here knows how to rewrite the configuration files of the driver and config.sys of DOS?

It would probably be easier to use a non PnP card with DOS. Did you card come with a setup program? Many NE2000 type cards came with a setup program that switched from PnP to manual setup. You could set address, interupt, interface. These cards had EAPROM to save the settins. Earlier cards had jumpers.

You have got this concept totally and utterly wrong, you do not use the "Driver in DOS", the software which you are networking with requires the driver.
If you go to www.realtek.com.tw and download the "OEM Driver Disk" it has various drivers.
Network Client 3 requires NDIS2 driver.
WATTCP and similar applications require the Packet Driver
Novell IPX/SX require the DOS Client.
Also File and Print Sharing is seperate to Web browser Internet enabled LAN Connection.
Therefore rather than re-inventing the wheel it may be better to decide what software you are going to use to accomplish your task.
