As soon as it says "Starting Windows 95" or whatever it is that it says...I forget exactly, press F8. You might press it every so often after the keyboard check just to make sure you time it right. It should bring up a menu from which you can choose to boot to DOS.
The screen is just black the power is on but nothing eles thanks I will try that

Try turning it off completely. (If it's an ATX case, unplug it for a bit.) Then turn it back on and see if you get anything. Also make sure none of your cables (ie. monitor) came loose at some point. Always start with the most obvious. :)
DoOMsdAY - With an ATX Case, From the DOS prompt or whatever, No need to unplug computer to turn it off. Just press and hold in Power Button for about 5 to 10 seconds! or hit the Re-Start Button!
And yes, there are times you want to 100% Kill the board off power, and unpluging the case is the only way.

when the comp boots up press F8 then choose 7 to activate ur DOS then start from there. If u have diabled ur bootup keys, find MSDOS.sys then at the prompt type in attrib -s -h -r c:\the location of ur msdos.sys. then edit msdos.sys. Right after the [Option] u can add "BootDelay=1" to activate the bootkeys and go from there
