Comment: how can i hide start menu bar with out selecting on auto hide check box i want that when i press some key like alt 55 then its hide when i press alt 66 it shows ... please help .... many many thanks in advance

Reply: (edit)DOS doesn't have a start menu. and XP and 2k dont have DOS. if you mean the cruddy command prompt, why use it anyway?

Reply: (edit)yeah my mean is command prompt :) sorry .... i want to use that just for fun with my class mates so please help i want just hide start menu of xp or 2000 with command prompt without checking auto hide button .... or is it possible that i write to files one for hide start menu second for shows .. ??? both files are .bat file is it possible ? thanks
