In trying to install soundblaster I messed up somewhere. Now the comp. tries to boot in floppy 3,5 drive (disk A)& will not recognize C drive. I cannot bring up config.sys or anything to correct. I'll try anything at this point. THANKS

whats it say when you try and access the c drive?

When you were putting the soundblaster card in the computer, you may have disturbed the ribbon cable or the power leads to your hard drive.
What stands out here is that your hard drive has quit for some reason.
