Here's an old one, I have an Amstrad PC 8088 640k ram, and very small hard card, Now I have two floppies (5 1/4) Now I took out one of the floppies and put in a 740k 3 1/2 drive, but it did not work, So I reinserted the old drive, now both drives don't read, evet disk is a General disk Falier or ) media bad.

I've check all connections and the are correct, even bought new disks and the same thing.

Did my old drives take a walk on me?

also any buyers for an old system?
