Help - Net Send command for dos - how?

I run the net send command that I can use
at work? if so how? PLEASE! help

The equivalent of the net send-command in the dos box of win 2000, and probably in dos to, is the Winpopup- screen. It can be found in the folder of windows, or else with the "search"-option.
