I am trying to find a Hard drive diagnostic program that will run in dos. Not only does it have to discover problems but also fix them if possible. I am using an IBM PC330 and for some strange reason, Norton Disk Doctor doesn't like how my drive is formatted. Please, if you can help, let me know of any other programs I can try or any that will also work in Win3.x. I have found a few that run diagnostics, but they don't offer the ability to fix the problems they find. E-mail me with any ideas.

Try scandisk.exe. Normally it should figure in a recent DOS version 6.2 or so
