Does anybody know of a good and reliable diagnostic piece of software (Free & up 2 date) that can be run in DOS preferably somthing that can fit on a 3.5 floppy or CD and bootable???

What did you want to diagnose?
I think you have provided an incorrect e-mail address. If you meant hotmail, this is crap compared to Yahoo, as does not like messages with attachments.
Personally I have a a boot floppy with a few dos commands on, and then load a test program from another floppy.
