Ghosting my drive with DOS

I'm attempting to ghost my computer using MSDOS and a ghost disc. To cut this short, right now I'm at the command prompt for DOS under the directory A>. I want to change my main dir to D>. What's the command for this?

d: then press enter.

That's assuming that you've used a boot disk with cdrom support and can access the cd.
