I have an old computer with PhoenixBios and am interested in getting into BIOS, is this possible? If so, how do I do it?
Good Question. I can't figure out how to get in mine & I have tried all keyboard combinations listed on the net. On my Compaq, all I have to do is disconnect the keyboard from the computer, reboot, gives an error message, & gets me in. I have tried this on my pc with the phoenix bios & it gives gives me a keyboard stuck error & continuous to boot to a C: prompt. I hate phoenix bioses!

Normally it's CTRL-ALT-S If that doesn't work... I don't know what to say. If you do find another way to access it - post the answer.

A 10 second search took me to this page:
http://www.firmware.com/support/oldbios/1012.htm
They also mention CTRL-ALT-ESC
Provided on that page is a link to a generic setup utility - if all else fails, try that.
